-20- a "Mr. Spock" daughter "Ember" - Katandy's Relighting The Torch @ Show Tyme (ex. Am CH. Katandy's Kiss In The Moonlight) won Best Junior Puppy in Sweepstakes under judge Mr. Keith Lawson at the Upstate New York Boxer Club Specialty in Syracuse, NY handled by Monique Mastrapasqual! "Ember was bred by & is co-owned byLee Morris ( Katandy Boxers) and is owned by Sara Nannetti.

-11- a "Mr. Spock" daughter  "Ember" - Katandy's Relighting The Torch @ Show Tyme (ex. Am CH. Katandy's Kiss In The Moonlight) went Reserve Winners Bitch to a 4-point Major from the 9-12 months class and Best Puppy in Specialty at 10 months of age under judge Mr. Dana Cline at the Maryland Boxer Club Specialty in Salisbury, MD handled by Monique Mastrapasqual her very first time out! "Ember" was bred by & is co-owned by Lee Morris (Katandy Boxers) and is owned by Sara Nannetti! We are all very excited about Ember's future!

-5- at the Alberta Boxer Club Regional Specialty in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada our 'plain' "Dash Riprock" /"GiGi" son "Maynard" -  GCH Summer's Mantra, CA HIC won the FIRST AWARD of MERIT under Breeder Judge Mr. Joe Gregory Breeder Owner handled by me :)

-5- TWO "Mr. Spock" sons had a great day at UKC Nosework! First, young "Eli" - PTN PTA Katandy's Court Jester (ex. Am CH Katandy's Kiss in the  Moonlight)
recently passed Nosework tests, PTN (birch) and PTA (Anise) again just for fun and now also earned his PTS (Clove)! Then "Toby" - AV, AE, AC, AHD, NN, PTS, UAGII, SBK Surely You Jest of Summer PCD, RATO, SD-S, SP(x2), CSSDF-B-CH (ex. Faerdorn Dream Girl) who Qualified TWICE with a FIRST place each time. He was really fast 14 secs and 8 secs and earned his UKC Advanced Handler Discrimination title!! Both boys are owned and trained by Patricia Harper. "Eli" was bred by Lee Morris (Katandy Boxers) and "Toby" was bred by Sandie Dietz (SBK Boxers).
   
-4- a "Mr. Spock" son "Blizzard" - KatLin's White Gold at First Branch, AX OAJ NF CGC TD (ex. BISS Am CH Backbeat Bix-L Double Trouble) had an amazing day of Agility! He Double Q'd his runs and accumulated 10 PTA's! "Blizzard" is owned & trained by Lisa Godrey and bred by Kathy Veglahn and Linda Johnson (KatLin Boxers). WAY TO GO Blizzard & Lisa!

-16- TWO "Mr. Spock" sons both owned and trained by their owner Patricia Harper had a great day in Nose work! First,  "Toby"- NN AC NHD PTS UAG11 SBK Surely You Jest of Summer, PCD RATO SDS-S, SP(x2) (ex.Faerdorn's Dream Girl) finished his UKC Advanced Exterior (AE) and Qualified in Advanced Interior, with a very fast time (21 seconds) placing Second in his class!  Needing just one more Q for his Advanced title! Toby is bred by Sandie Dietz (SBK Boxers).
Second, "Eli" - Katandy's Court Jester (ex. Am CH Katandy's Kiss In The Moonlight) earned his FIRST titles at the tender age of 9 months...UKC PTN & PTA!
It was less than ideal circumstances for his first time.  It was in Michigan, USA so it was his first time working away from home in Ontario, Canada. There was a major thunder & lightening storm, heavy rain on a metal roof, and a dirt floor that smelled so good!  However, baby "Eli" worked through these distractions to Qualify! "Eli" was bred by Lee Morris (Katandy Boxers).

Backbeat Bix-L's Double Trouble) went Winners Dog for 1-point under judge Ms. Joyce Vanek handled by Linda Hof at the Sierra Tuolumne Kennel Club shows in Sonora, CA, USA.  "Rowdy" is bred and owned by Kathy Veglahn and Linda Johnson (KatLin Boxers). Congratulations!

-14/15/16- a "Mr. Spock" son "Blizzard" - KatLin's White Gold of Summer at First Branch, AX OAJ NF CGC TD (ex. BISS Am CH. Backbeat Bix-L's Double Trouble) had an amazing weekend of Agility! On Friday, he had one run of Open Fast with a Second place and 69 points! On Saturday, he earned his Excellent Jumpers title (AXJ) and a First place Standard. Then on Sunday he  Double Q'd  with a First in Master JWW and 2nd in his Master Standard run for 20 MACH points! "Blizzard" is owned & trained by Lisa Godfrey and bred by Kathy Veglahn and Linda Johnson (KatLin Boxers). WAY TO GO Blizzard & Lisa!

-15/16- a "Mr. Spock" son "Tucker" - C-ATCH CanHar's Canadian Kruisin, MAD EAC EGC EJC RS-E JS-E GS-E CA PTN NN (ex. Can CH. Lookaway's Dazzling CanHar, CGN) titled in Advanced Exterior and Advanced Interior! "Tucker" got a SECOND place in Interior with 29 seconds on Saturday! Then today "Tucker" got his Containers & Vehicles which gave him his Advanced Nosework title at 11 years of age! "Tucker" is owned, trained & loved by Janey Wilcox in WA, USA and bred by Tammy Harris (AuTam Boxers). WAY TO GO Janey & Tucker!

 -9- a "Mr. Spock" daughter  "Joy" - Katandy's Enchanted Kiss (ex. Am CH. Katandy's Kiss In The Moonlight) went  Reserve Winners Bitch from the 6-9 months class under judge Ms. Deborah Thornton at the Wright County Kennel Club show in Hutcinson, MN handled by Stan Flowers! "Joy" was bred by Lee Morris (Katandy Boxers) and is co-owned by Cindy & Brian Swanson (Mora Topline Boxers)! We are all very excited about Joy's future!

-8- a "Mr. Spock" son "Blizzard" - KatLin's White Gold of Summer at First Branch, AX OAJ NF CGC TD (ex. BISS Am CH. Backbeat Bix-L's Double Trouble) Qualified in his Agility  Master Standard run with 6 points today! -22/23/25-  our 'plain' "Dash Riprock" /"GiGi" son "Maynard" - Can GCH Summer's Mantra, CA HIC won Winners Dog and Best of Winners each day for his first 3-points towards his American Championship; at the Fall Roundup Cluster in Helena, Montana, USA; Breeder Owner handled by me under judges Mr. David Bolus, Ms. Rita Biddle and Mr. Martin Doherty! On Thursday, "Maynard" was also awarded Best Owner Handled in Breed in the National Owner-Handled Series under judge Mr. David Bolus!

  -25- a "Mr. Spock" son "Blizzard" - KatLin's White Gold of Summer at First Branch, OAJ NF CGC TD (ex. BISS Am CH. Backbeat Bix-L's Double Trouble) achieved his Excellent A Standard (AX) Agility title today! "Blizzard" is owned & trained by Lisa Godfrey and bred by Kathy Veglahn and Linda Johnson (KatLin Boxers). -17/18- a "Mr. Spock" daughter  "Joy" - Katandy's Enchanted Kiss (ex. Am CH. Katandy's Kiss In The Moonlight) went  Reserve Winners Bitch from the 6-9 months class BOTH days under judges Mrs. Danelle Brown and Mr. John Wade in Rochester, MN handled by Stan Flowers! "Joy" was bred by Lee Morris (Katandy Boxers) and is co-owned by Cindy & Brian Swanson (Mora Topline Boxers)! We are all very excited about Joy's future!

-17/18- a great weekend in UKC Nosework for "Mr. Spock" daughter,  "Celia" - NN SC Cedarlin's Graceful Beginnings OAP AJP O-OAC OJC TG-O O-TNO WV-N CSL1 (ex. Am  CH. Regal's Full of Tender Grace, CD RE NAP AXP NFP EAS NCC O-EJS TGN WVN HPO CGC) qualified twice in Advanced Interior for her Advanced Interior title with a 4th place in one trial in another good Novice B class on Saturday! Then on Sunday "Celia" picked up a Qualifier in Masters Containers with a 3rd place in a tough Masters class where only 50% passed. Masters has 2-3 hides and 2 distractors!
Litter brother "Silas"- AC CedarLin's Regal Beginnings, RN NAJ NAC NJC TG-N TN-O CL1 CGC L1V qualified TWO times in Novice Interior that earned him his Novice nosework title (which means he has his Novice title in all FOUR elements - Interior, Exterior, Container and Vehicles)!! Silas also got a 1st and 4th place in a nice Novice B class on Saturday. On Sunday, "Silas" picked up 2 Superior Container Qualifiers for his title and placed 1st and 3rd among some great nosework dogs!

-17-  our "Dash Riprock" /"GiGi" son "Maynard" - BPIS Can GCH Summer's Mantra, HIC Qualified in the Chase Ability Program Test, put on by the Foothills Gazehound Club, under judge Mr. Greg Ward and earned his Chase Ability (CA) title!

-3/4- a "Mr. Spock" son "Blizzard" - KatLin's White Gold of Summer at First Branch, NAJ OA CGC TD (ex. BISS Am CH. Backbeat Bix-L's Double Trouble) won the Novice Fast  class in Agility today and earned his Novice Fast (NF) title and also won the Excellent Standard Run class on Saturday! Then on Sunday, "Blizzard" achieved his Open Jumpers title! "Blizzard" is owned & trained by Lisa Godfrey and bred by Kathy Veglahn and Linda Johnson (KatLin Boxers). WAY TO GO Blizzard & Lisa!

-29- a "Mr. Spock" son "Blizzard" - KatLin's White Gold of Summer at First Branch, NA NAJ OA (ex. BISS Am CH. Backbeat Bix-L's Double Trouble) is now a Therapy Dog (TD) with Alliance of Therapy Dogs! In addition, prior to getting tested and observed for TD, he passed his Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test! "Blizzard" is owned & trained by Lisa Godfrey and bred by Kathy Veglahn and Linda Johnson (KatLin Boxers). WAY TO GO Blizzard & Lisa!

-29- a "Mr. Spock" son "Toby"- NN AC NHD PTS UAG11 SBK Surely You Jest of Summer, PCD RATO SDS-S, SP(x2) (ex.Faerdorn's Dream Girl) started Nosework classes in September 2015.  Since then Toby earned:
UKC - "Novice Nosework" (NN) title, which means he has titled individually in Containers, Interior, Exterior and Vehicles.  He has also earned individual Advanced Containers, Advanced Vehicles titles and one leg of Advanced exteriors.  Toby is also FIRST Boxer to earn the NEW UKC Handler Discrimination Novice title.
SDDA - "SD-Started" passing Containers/Interiors/Exteriors on the same day in both Amateur and Working class
CSSDF - "CSSDF- Beginners" passing Containers, Exteriors and Vehicles on the same day.

-24-  our "Dash Riprock" /"GiGi" son "Maynard" - BPIS Can GCH Summer's Mantra, HIC just had a second NORMAL 24-hr holter reading to screen for ARVC (Arrythmogenic Right Ventricular Dysplasia, aka Boxer Cardiomyopathy)!

-23- a "Mr. Spock" daughter "Kandy" - Katandy's Sweet Kandy Kiss (ex. Am CH. Katandy's Kiss In The Moonlight) passed the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test this evening at 7 months of age with her owner Kristin Calhoun! "Kandy" was bred by Lee Morris (Katandy Boxers). WAY TO GO TEAM KANDY!!

-17- We would like to congratulate a "Mr. Spock" daughter, "Skye"- Rocket's Sky's The Limit, CD RN CGC (ex. Am. CH. Bluecollar's Starship Mercury, CD RA NA NAJ CGC TT) on becoming a New American Dam of Merit! Congratulations!

-11- a "Mr. Spock" son "Eli" - Katandy's Court Jester (ex. Am CH. Katandy's Kiss In The Moonlight) was in a Barn Hunt Test last week and passed all THREE attempts! If it had been a real trial he would have had his Novice title (however he was to young to officially compete). "Eli" and his owner Patricia Harper have also started formal obedience and agility classes so are quite busy!  "Eli" was bred by Lee Morris (Katandy Boxers). I look forward to many more successful adventures in the performance areas with Eli & Patricia!

-7- a "Mr. Spock" daughter "Kandy" - Katandy's Sweet Kandy Kiss (ex. Am CH. Katandy's Kiss In The Moonlight) graduated from the AKC STAR Puppy class at 4 days shy of 6 months of age! Her owner Kristin Calhoun says she was very focused and she is very proud of Kandy...as am I! "Kandy" was bred by Lee Morris (Katandy Boxers). I look forward to many more successful adventures in the performance areas with Kandy & Kristin!

-3/4/5- on Friday at the Northern Alberta Canine Association (NACA) shows in Edmonton Alberta, Canada  our 'plain' "Dash Riprock" /"GiGi" son "Maynard" - BPIS Can GCH Summer's Mantra, HIC won BEST of BREED for 5-points and Group 2 under Judge Mr. Thomas Touzel. Then on Saturday under judge Ms. Judith Brown "Maynard" was awarded SELECT DOG (3-pts)! As always "Maynard" was Breeder Owner handled by me :)
At these same show our baby girl "Béatrix" - Dorado Dirty Blonde in Summer (AM GCH/BIS BISS CAN GCH Shadigee's Protégé x AM/CAN CH Dorado's Said In Silver) came home with TWO Reserve Winners Female in a large entry of  lovely females, at her very first show at 7 months of age, under judges Mr. Thomas Touzel and Mr. Terry Stacy. "Beatrix" also won her 6-9 month class under  judge Ms. Judith Brown. "Beatrix" was Owner handled by me. "Béatrix" is bred by Karen Knox (Dorado Boxers).

-7/8/10- a "Mr. Spock" son "Fletcher"- Saywin's Summer of Golden Enterprise (ex. Saywin's Golden Cinderella) won the 6-9 months Fawn Puppy Dog class BOTH days at the Central Indiana Boxer Club Specialty under Breeder judge Mrs. Sylvia Crooks (Australia) and at the Blue Grass Boxer Club Specialty under Breeder judge Ms. Duana Young! "Fletcher" then went on to place 3rd in the 6-9 months Fawn puppy Dog class with an entry of  13 under Breeder judge Ms. Shelli Sinclair-Wood at the American Boxer Club (ABC) National Specialty! "Fletcher" was handled by Kimberly Pastella Calvacca. These specialties were held in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. "Fletcher" is bred and owned by Cindy Hearn (Saywin Boxers). We are so proud of you Fletcher!!

-24- a "Mr. Spock" daughter,  "Celia" - SC NI Cedarlin's Graceful Beginnings OAP AJP OAC OJC TG-O TNO WV-N CSL1 (ex. Am  CH. Regal's Full of Tender Grace, CD RE NAP AXP NFP EAS NCC O-EJS TGN WVN HPO CGC) had an "outstanding" day of NADAC Agility! Celia earned her 10th Open Regular Qualifying score which is her Outstanding Open Regular title (O-OAC), her 6th Open Tunnelers Qualifying score for her Outstanding Open Tunneler title (O-TN-O) and picked up a really lovely Elite Jumpers Qualifying score! "Celia"is bred, owned, trained and handled by Becky Gilchrist (Cedar Lin Boxers). WAY TO GO Celia & Becky!

-17- a "Mr. Spock" son, "Silas"- AC CedarLin's Regal Beginnings, RN NAJ NAC NJC TG-N TN-O CL1 CGC (ex. Am  CH. Regal's Full of Tender Grace, CD RE NAP AXP NFP EAS NCC O-EJS TGN WVN HPO CGC) passed his myrrh odor test, passed superior containers in 20 seconds earning a 2nd place (16 boxes - two odor and one box with a food distraction). He also earned his first novice interior leg in a very creaky barn- to find the odor in less than 2 minutes! "Silas" is bred, owned, trained and handled by Becky Gilchrist (Cedar Lin Boxers). -17- a "Mr. Spock" son "Toby"- AC NHD PTN PTA PTS SBK Surely You Jest of Summer, PCD RATI RATN (ex.Faerdorn's Dream Girl) passed all three elements in an SDDA trial to earn his Novice title "SD-S, SP".  "SP" is appended to the title because he passed all three elements on the same day! To Toby's delight the trial was held in various classrooms through out a junior school.  He loves children and there were several there to cheer him on.  SDDA is "Sporting Detection Dog Association" and the elements were containers, interior and exterior. Toby is owned & trained by Patricia Harper & bred by Sandie Dietz (SBK Boxers). WAY TO GO Team Toby!

-3-  a "Mr. Spock" daughter, "Dixie"- Indigo's Chloe on Madison Ave, CGCA (ex. Am CH.  Indigo's Luck Be A Lady V Turo) and her owner Kim Young entered a UKC Nosework competition offered by the Nosework and Rally Club of North Florida. "Dixie" passed her Novice and Advanced pre-trials and then went on to earn four titles including Novice Container, Novice Interior, Advanced Container, and Advanced Interior! "Dixie" was bred by Lynn Cooch and Diane Monson (Indigo Boxers). WAY TO GO TEAM DIXIE!

-2/3- Our baby girl "Béatrix" - Dorado Dirty Blonde in Summer (AM GCH/BIS BISS CAN GCH Shadigee's Protégé x AM/CAN CH Dorado's Said In Silver) came home with TWO Best Baby Puppy in Breed ribbons Owner handled by me, at 5 months of age, from the Red Deer District & Kennel Club shows in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada under judges Dr. Francisco Chapa Guajardo (Mexico) & Ms. Wendy Maisey. "Béatrix" is bred by Karen Knox (Dorado Boxers).

-2/3- a "Mr. Spock" daughter,  "Celia" - SC NI Cedarlin's Graceful Beginnings OAP AJP OAC OJC TG-O TNO WV-N CSL1 (ex. Am  CH. Regal's Full of Tender Grace, CD RE NAP AXP NFP EAS NCC O-EJS TGN WVN HPO CGC) passed her Vehicles, Containers & Interiors at the NACSW NW1 Nosework trials!  Litter brother "Silas"- AC CedarLin's Regal Beginnings, RN NAJ NAC NJC TG-N TN-O CL1 CGC passed his Level 1Vehicle tile (L1V)! "Celia" & "Silas" are bred, owned, trained and handled by Becky Gilchrist (Cedar Lin Boxers). WAY TO GO Celia, Silas & Becky!

-30- a "Mr. Spock" son "Toby"- SBK Surely You Jest of Summer, PCD RATI RATN PTN PTA PTS NC AC (ex.Faerdorn's Dream Girl) passed 2 UKC AGI and 2 UKC AGII trials, with 3 first and and a 2nd place! Toby is owned & trained by Patricia Harper & bred by Sandie Dietz (SBK Boxers). WAY TO GO Team Toby!

-25- at the Battle River Canine Association show in Camrose, Alberta, Canada our plain  "Dash Riprock"/ "GiGi" son "Maynard" - BPIS Can CH. Summer's Mantra, HIC was awarded BEST of BREED for 5-points which completed his Canadian Grand Champion title, in a very strong entry of 22 Boxers (6 were Specials) under judge Ms. Laura Thompson! My boy is growing up and I am so pleased that this judges didn't seem to even notice that he is "plain"!  "Maynard" is always Breeder Owner handled by me :)

-19- a "Mr. Spock" daughter "Abby" - BIS BPIG UCH Am CH Cedarlin's Absolutely Fetching, CD BN RE CGC HIC RATI RATN RATO RATS RATM  (ex. Am  CH. Regal's Full of Tender Grace, CD RE NAP AXP NFP EAS NCC O-EJS TGN WVN HPO CGC)  became the THIRD Boxer to have earned a BARN HUNT MASTER title!!!"Abby" is owned by Joyce Whittal and was bred by Becky Gilchrist (CedarLin Boxers). What a versatile girl! Congratulations!

-12/13- a "Mr. Spock" son "Tucker" - C-ATCH CanHar's Canadian Kruisin, MAD EAC EGC EJC RS-E JS-E GS-E CA (ex. Can CH. Lookaway's Dazzling CanHar, CGN)
earned his Pre-Trial Advanced Odor (PTA) title! "Tucker" Qualified in Exteriors & Qualified 3times in Interiors (picking up 2 Element titles).  The next day "Tucker" nailed Containers in 12 seconds & Vehicles in 11 seconds, earning two more Element titles and his Novice Nosework (NN) title at 10 years of age! "Tucker" is owned, trained & loved by Janey Wilcox in WA, USA and bred by Tammy Harris (AuTam Boxers). WAY TO GO Janey & Tucker!

Indigo's Luck Be A Lady V Turo)  Qualified in TWO runs her first time trialing in CARO Rally with scores of 186 & 185.5! "Karma" is owned, trained & loved by Michelle Whitehead and bred by Lynn Cooch & Diane Monson (Indigo  Boxers).

-20- a "Mr. Spock" son "Blizzard" - KatLin's White Gold of Summer at First Branch (ex. BISS Am CH. Backbeat Bix-L's Double Trouble) Qualified in Novice Agility and earned his first Agility title, NA! "Blizzard" is owned & trained by Lisa Godfrey and bred by Kathy Veglahn and Linda Johnson (KatLin Boxers). WAY to Go Blizzard and Lisa! Congratulations!

-13/14- Congratulations to a "Mr. Spock" son "Toby"- SBK Surely You Jest of Summer, PCD RATI RATN PTN PTA PTS NC AC (ex.Faerdorn's Dream Girl) who is the FIRST Boxer EVER to achieve the UKC Nosework title NHD (Novice Handler Discrimination)! "Toby" also earned his first Advanced leg! "Toby" was entered in 4 trials this weekend and went for 3 of 4 in Novice, then achieved his first leg in Advanced! Toby only started training for this on January 4th, 6 weeks ago! "Toby" is a really curious, nosey dog...he loves the sport and he and his owner  Patricia Harper are having alot of fun! "Toby" was bred by Sandie Dietz (SBK Boxers).  WAY TO GO Toby and Patricia!

-20 - a "Mr. Spock" son "Mason"- Backbeat's Heart of Gold at KatLin (ex. BISS Am CH. Backbeat Bix-L's Double Trouble) won Winners Dog for 3-point MAJOR at the Oregon Boxer Club Specialty and became a NEW AMERICAN CHAMPION under judge Mr. Jack Kilgour handled by Michelle Yeadon in Portland, OR, USA! Mason is the FIRST Champion for his dam and the ELEVENTH American Champion for his sire! "Mason" is owned by Dana Wyand and bred by Kathy Veglahn and Linda Johnson (KatLin Boxers).  We are so proud of this little man! Congratulations!

-15- a "Mr. Spock" son "Blizzard" - KatLin's White Gold of Summer at First Branch (ex. BISS Am CH. Backbeat Bix-L's Double Trouble) Qualified in his first AKC Agility Standard run with a SECOND place! "Blizzard" is owned & trained by Lisa Godfrey and bred by Kathy Veglahn and Linda Johnson (KatLin Boxers).
