"Mr. Spock" has one of the best temperaments I have ever experienced in a Boxer, which is something a picture cannot capture, and best of all he seems to be passing this trait, amongst many others, to his kids! He is an extremely affectionate & loyal dog, so in tune to my every mood and emotion. His breeder, Naomi, can tell you the story about how at 7 weeks of age Mr. Spock picked me out of a litter of 9 puppies. He is known by many for his gentle "signature hugs". Spock is very a obedient, quick learner and not one to start trouble yet he likes to have fun and has a sense of humour as only a Boxer can! Some of his achievements help demonstrate his versatile temperament:

"Mr. Spock" is an
AMERICAN/CANADIAN CHAMPION as well as the following CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) performance titles: AGILITY NOVICE (AGN) & COMPANION DOG (CD) Novice Obedience!!

Mr. Spock  is a gift from Shania (Mi-T's You're Still the One) , Dash Riprock (Am. Can. CH. Summer's Dash Riprock, SOM) and Naomi & James Gibbs (Naja Boxers). Spock is the result of  an exciting "enterprise" between Naja and Summer Boxers.  This was Dash's last naturally sired litter & we felt we needed a little "dash" of Riprock  to remind us of him...we feel we have found that in Spock. If Shania had not come into season almost 2 months early (along with Naomi's determination to get the breeding done...Naomi made the L-O-N-G "trek" alone with Shania by vehicle from Washington,USA to Alberta, Canada)...Spock would not be here today...we feel that he was meant to be with us...as all the stars seemed to line up in our favour. I truly believe, deep in my heart, that Spock must be a gift that Dash has left behind for us.

Mr. Spock is the littermate to the stunning & mischievious Mia (Am CH. Naja's Midnight Mischief) & the sweet & beautiful Tasha (Am. CH. Naja's Date With Destiny).

We look forward to a bright future with Mr. Spock...may he "live long & prosper"!

Of Special Note: Mr. Spock placed TWO years in a row at the ABC (American Boxer Club National Specialty) held in Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky. In 2004, at 7 months of age, Mr. Spock placed SECOND in a very large 6-9 months fawn male class (22 fawn male puppies!) under breeder judge Mr. Tim Hutchings (Winuwuk Boxers, UK). Here is Mr. Tim Hutching's  critique of  Mr. Spock :  "Another really well made youngster who should have a bright future. I particularly admired his balance of angulation and his neck which gave him a very pleasing outline.  His front and rear balance enabled him to go really well." (July/August 2004 ABC Winners issue, p. 56, The Boxer Ring  magazine).  Then in 2005, at 19 months of age, Mr. Spock placed 3rd (to the Winners Dog) in a very large Open Fawn Dog class (entry of 15!) under breeder judge Ms. Dixie McCauley (USA).  Spock was beautifully handled by Lori McClain...thankyou Lori for presenting Spock so well & placing with him TWO years in a row at ABC!
